Shipping & Returns Shipping We like to keep shipping simple, so we charge a flat rate regardless of quantities, dependant on your delivery zone. They are as follows: UK - Free Europe - £3.99 Rest of The World - £5.99 All orders are normally despatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and UK Public Holidays, where orders will be despatched on the next working day) using Royal Mail's 1st Class Recorded for UK and International Signed For for deliveries outside the UK. Cards are sent in protective sleeves, rigid plastic toploaders and packed inside either board backed card envelopes or padded envelopes for bulk orders to ensure your order arrives in mint condition. Returns All orders are quality checked before despatch. In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged in transit, please contact us and we can assist further by arranging a replacement or refund once satisfactory checks have been made. If you do not receive your order within 10 days of ordering, please contact us and we can provide tracking information and a tracking reference where required. If after this, you have still not received your order, Royal Mail specify that we have to wait until 15 working days for UK and 25 working days for International before pursuing a claim for compensation. This is out of our hands, but rest assured we will do all we can to keep any inconvenience to a minium.
