FAQ's

Q. My order hasn't arrived/taken longer than expected - what should I do ?

A. Most orders received are dispatched on the sameday or within 48 hours depending on season.  Even though Royal Mail Recorded Delivery offers a signature/insured service, delivery can take between 1-14 days.  Royal Mail do not class an item as 'officially lost' until 15 days from the date of posting and any claim for a refund or replacement will only be accepted after this period has elapsed.

Q. What if I want to order more than one card/lot, can I pay for these in 1 transaction ?

A. Yes - Simply click the 'Add to Cart' Button.  This will take you to your shopping cart, click the 'Continue Shopping' Button and you will be returned to the site to add your additional cards! - Any Questions - Just Ask!

A. All cards displayed are in stock unless specified otherwise, if a card you order becomes out of stock between you placing your order and us receiving the order, you will be notified via your provided email address with further information.

Q. Do you offer a price match ?

A. If you find a website selling the exact same card(s) with Free Recorded Postage for less than us, we will happily match the price and refund 5% of the difference!

Q. I ordered/received the wrong card(s) - What should I do ?
 

A. In most circumstances, any cards ordered are the responsibility of the buyer, however, if you think an error has occurred, please let us know and we will do whatever we can to help.

Q. What if I place an order and decide I don't want the items?

A. If your order has been received and over 24hours have elapsed, we can refund your order, regrettably, an administration charge of £5.00 will be deducted from your order value upon refund.

Q. Are the cards in New condition or will I be buying a used 2nd hand card ?

A. MatchAttaxTradingCards.com only supply cards straight from the original packaging which means you will receive cards in Mint Condition!

Q. I am wanting to order in bulk from you, do you offer any discount ?

A. If the total original order value (prices displayed on MatchAttaxTradingCards.com) is over £100, we could be able to offer a discount, please CONTACT US with your request
